Employee Engagement Initiatives

The HR team supports the business by hiring the best of available talent and actively works on retaining the existing talent through various employee engagement and welfare initiatives. Under one such initiative, the employees’ children are given the opportunity to visit our manufacturing facilities and get acquainted with various manufacturing processes. Weekly meditation sessions are being arranged for the employees.

IDMC e-publishes a quarterly in-house magazine for its employees – CANVAS which provides update on key organizational achievements, events, trainings, etc. Employees actively contribute through articles on varied extracurricular subjects such as management articles, book reviews, environment conservation, health, etc.
