The ball making machine of IDMC, with a capacity of 5000 pieces per hour, prepares the dough rope which is cut into pieces of required size and then formed into smooth, ball-shaped food items like the popular Indian sweet gulabjamun.

As per requirement, the ball shaped food items can be fried and soaked in sugar syrup tank.
