A growing demand for better nutrition to increase the milk yield of cattle has provided an opportunity for IDMC to offer solutions for the manufacture of cattle feed with consistent quality at lower costs in large scale automated plants.

IDMC undertakes projects for setting up complete cattle feed plants. The scope of work besides the main processing area includes the setting up of utilities, supporting systems such as bypass protein, bulk storage systems, etc. This also includes the civil construction of the complete plant, which may require complete automation, high degree of safety systems and real time alert monitoring controls. The plants may also have features such as auto sampling of finished products before bagging for improved quality and costing or systems for making the plant relatively dust-free, etc.
