Auto Standardization Unit

The standardization of milk refers to the adjustment (raising or lowering) of milk fat/SNF content of milk to prepare different varieties of milk i.e., double toned, toned, standardized milk etc.

The Automatic milk fat standardization unit works based on cream fat density and cream dosing quantity in skim milk. The unit helps control fat through cream line flow modulating valve (FMV/PID) & mass cum density flow meter based on set point & process value. Dosing of cream in skim milk is controlled through flow modulating valve (FMV/PID) & mass cum density flow meter based on input received from calculative value & process value.
