Cheese Cooking Kettle
IDMC’s cheese kettles are advanced and energy-efficient equipment for making various types of cheese spreads, pastes and viscous foods. They can process milk at a temperature range between 3°C and 100°C with precise control and automation. They have capacities of 25 litre and 80 litre to suit different production needs.
