IDMC has developed a range of specialized products, one of which is the large cylindrical ice bank silo for thermal storage solutions for dairies, breweries, and other process industries. The vertical cylindrical ice bank silos are designed to produce ice water according to the requirement of each industry.

Very compact and occupying a very small footprint, these ice silos make ice inside during the lean chilled water demand period. The ice melts during high demand period, thus providing a consistent temperature of chilled water for processing. It also balances the load fluctuation during the day and keeps a steady load over refrigeration compressors.

The ice silos are controlled by PLC panels making them fully automatic in operation.
