Pneumatic mix proof valves

IDMC manufactures high precision double seat and double seal pneumatic mix proof valves, with the product contact parts in SS 316L. The valves are made from the round bar on the high precision CNC machines. The valves comply with 3A and EHEDG standards.

• These valves have a unique design with upper and lower seat balancers.
• The control cap has three solenoids.
• The feedback of both the lower and upper seat cleaning can be made available in the SCADA.
• The control caps could be ASI or hard-wired.

Pneumatic seat valves

IDMC manufactures pneumatic single seat valves. These are available in any required configuration – L, LL, T or LT etc., with the contact parts in SS 316L. The valves are made from round bar on the high precision CNC machines. The valves comply with 3A and EHEDG standards.

• The control cap has two solenoids.
• The signal of Open/Close is available in the SCADA/HMI through the PLC.
• The control caps could be ASI or hard-wired.

Pneumatic butterfly valves

IDMC manufactures pneumatic butterfly valves with the contact parts in SS 304 / SS 316L. The valves are made on high precision CNC machines. The valves comply with 3A and EHEDG standards. These are available with or without control heads.

Constant pressure modulating valves

Constant pressure modulating (CPM) valves are required to maintain a uniform back pressure in any pasteurizer or any other system, as per the food safety norms. IDMC manufactures high precision, fully automatic CPM valves of different sizes.

Flow modulating valves

Flow modulating valves are required to maintain the constant flow. IDMC manufactures high precision FMVs which maintain a uniform flow of any product through the piping.
