Auto Standardization Unit

The standardization of milk refers to the adjustment (raising or lowering) of milk fat/SNF content to prepare different varieties of milk, such as double toned, toned, and standardized milk.

The unit operates based on cream fat density and cream dosing quantity in skim milk. It helps control fat through a cream line flow modulating valve (FMV/PID) and a mass cum density flow meter based on set point and process value.

Dosing of cream in skim milk is regulated through a flow modulating valve (FMV/PID) and a mass cum density flow meter, based on input received from calculative value and process value.
