Mobile Milk Collection Cooling and Testing System

In a joint initiative, the National Dairy Development Board, Suzuki R&D India Pvt. Ltd., and IDMC Limited have collaboratively designed and developed an innovative mobile milk collection cooling and testing system. This solution integrates milk testing, cooling, and transportation functionalities by mounting a 300-liter bulk milk cooler (BMC) and a data processor-based milk collection unit (DPMCU) onto a Suzuki Super Carry cab chassis petrol vehicle. The refrigeration system ensures reliable and efficient cooling performance from 35 °C to 15 °C.
