IDMC manufactures a state-of-the-art continuous butter making machine with a capacity of 1,500 kg/hr, developed with technical support from SIMON SAS, France.

Plate Heat Exchangers

We supply butter-making machines with a production capacity of 400-1500 kg per hour. The nominal output of the machine depends on the flow and fat content of the cream being processed.

The machine is equipped with a touch-screen control panel where production parameters are displayed.

A closed butter production system, efficient buttermilk drainage, and advanced sanitation processes play a decisive role in enhancing the shelf life of butter and optimizing its yield. Additionally, these features contribute positively to environmental protection and waste reduction.
