Aseptic Tanks

Aseptic tanks are generally used as a buffer between the UHT sterilizer and the aseptic filling machine. These are useful when the capacity of the filling machine is lower than the capacity of the UHT sterilizer. In this case, the UHT sterilizer can be optimally utilized.

Manufacturing Excellence

IDMC manufactures and supplies fully automatic aseptic tanks with capacities of up to 30,000 litres. The tanks are provided with either top or bottom agitators. The inlet and outlet could be separate or could be single, as per the process / customer’s requirement.
