Our process know-how, engineering and equipment design have been standardized for curd, buttermilk and cultured buttermilk. Experienced technologists from IDMC provide appropriate process solutions to manufacture various indigenous cultured products such as shrikhand.
As per requirement, the ball-shaped food items can be fried and soaked in a sugar syrup tank.
