1. Support and participate in the preparation, submission and approval from client for validation of documents for projects i.e. Design Qualification, Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification and Performance Qualification.
2. Knowledge of design aspects and process for dairy, food & process vessels.
3. Preparation knowledge of P & ID, PFD’s and GA drawings, review and approval from client.
4. Preparation and approval from client on process / operation logic and execution knowledge of process, CIP and SIP system.
5. Should have knowledge of documentation for projects.
6. Co-ordination with client and internal customers etc.
7. Coordinate with on-site Project QC & Safety team to ensure compliance to all safety norms and highlight any discrepancies to Head – Projects.
8. Support and monitor the execution of projects and continuously guide the team on project execution for high operational efficiency, quality and service delivery.
9. Provide inputs to Head – Projects Execution in formulation of guidelines for overall pricing and positioning strategy for each project.
10. Monitor adherence to the projects budget for sub-segment and take corrective action in case of any deviations.
