Job Summary

Support CI Flexo activities during production

Roles & Responsibilities

To operate printing m/c & plate mounting m/c in absence of shift in-charge as per management requirement by using their experience & take care all activity related to good quality of Printing production, minimize wastage & down time of m/c of assigned section.

1. Responsible m/c operation/trouble shooting/change over as per production planning of allocated m/c & department. & Supervise all production activities in the assigned section to ensure good quality production as per planned schedule and to address any issues in a timely manner.
2. Follow work instruction which is allocated by Shift Incharge for task & complete it in given time frame as per the production target.
3. Help to monitor completion of periodic production targets with proper detail.
4. Responsible for stage wise production & wastage, if any deviation regarding quality standard inform to Section Incharge immediately.
5. Issue consumables, spares and other inventory required in SAP as per requirement.
6. Coordinate with Support- Maintenance to ensure all maintenance activities are schedule.
7. Monitor Roll loading, unloading on printing m/c in his shift & Maintain FIFO system for semi-finished products.
8. Attend Break down/Preventive maintenance of Printing M/C with the help of maintenance person.
9. Maintain all documents which required by management (such as production logbook, DPR, roll id report, m/c & its part cleaning report, SAP entry on daily basis for mass balancing, m/c break down slip, monthly production report etc.
10. Look out cleaning activity of plate, anilox, doctor blade, sleeve & its mounting in his shift when he is as a shift Incharge.
11. Maintain documentation of all production activities as per requirement.
12. Identify steps to reduce wastages during shift operation and ensure minimum rejection of components in his shift.
13. Work closely with Quality Assurance to bring about efficiency improvements by identifying production.
14. Work in plate department as per requirement for plate mounting & demounting.
15. Maintain plant neat & clean as per requirement.
16. Monitoring & maintaining plant, machinery & its related parts as per requirement related to defect free quality work output & fully responsible for any deviation related to printing in his shift (ink & its viscosity to be maintained in his shift during job run).
